The new scheduler allows users to delete a schedule with a status of saved or posted. You can learn more about only unposting a schedule here.
Note: You can only delete the schedule for weeks in the future.
To Delete a saved or posted Schedule follow these steps:
- Log into your HotSchedules account and go to the Scheduling tab. Select the wrench icon at the right hand corner of the scheduler and choose the Delete Schedule option.
- This will open a menu with all your saved schedules listed. Select the ones you would like to erase and press Delete.
- This will remove all the shifts saved for that week and replace it with a blank schedule.
- If a schedule has been posted it will still allow you to delete it. However this will also unpost the schedule in the process. A message will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to unpost and delete the schedule under these circumstances.
