Note: This article is for clients using the updated version of the Time Off & Requests interface. If your options do not match the screenshots below, please reference the Time Off or the Requests overviews depending on which sublink you have on the Home tab.
Managers have the ability to change the view that appears on their screen whenever they navigate to the Approve Time Off page under the Home tab. The two options available are called Pending and Calendar.
The Pending option will always be selected by default. This view will display the time off requests in a list format that will show the name, Schedules, Jobs, what they requested, and the day it was submitted. From here the name can be clicked on which allows the manager to either Deny or Approve the time off request.
Hovering over the name will cause a calendar to appear. Selecting this calendar will open up the calendar view for that particular request. This is one way to change to the calendar view.
You can also select the Calendar option. This will display all the pending requests in a calendar view. When the calendar view has been chosen, requests will appear on the particular day they were requested for. Clicking on the highlighted portion will allow you to either Approve or Deny the request in question.
