HotSchedules will send information to Schoox when they are integrated. Actions like adding a new employee or making specific changes to employee information will trigger the information to sync.
When a change to this information is made in HotSchedules like a new job code or a change to store location, it will populate into Schoox within 48 hours.
Any updates to other information on the team member's profile in Schoox will not affect what is in HotSchedules. If a team member or new job code does not populate into Schoox after 48 hours, feel free to contact Customer Care. See this article for more information: Contact Us: Customer Support.
Please Note: New information will not populate to Schoox until a user with that new information synchronizes with Schoox. In other words, if you add a new job code, but don't assign it to an employee, it will never appear in Schoox. The first time you add it to an employee, you could expect to see the new job code (and the change to the employee) during the next 24 hour sync.
