Within Schoox, a manager will see all the students from their company's academy, but they will only have access to run reports on students in their individual store's academy.
Regardless of job code or location, if a user is assigned the Admin or Training Manager role in Schoox, the user will have access to all employees in the company's academy.
Note: A user's job code does not affect what can be accessed in Schoox. However, all employees that sync from HotSchedules, regardless of job code, will have the same employee access unless an Admin sets them up with Schoox's job Head of Unit. Assigning users as Head of Unit may allow them to have access to all their employees under a specific unit.
