If your Schoox academy syncs with HotSchedules, then this article does not pertain to you. Simply terminate the individuals from your point of sale. Those individuals will then be placed in the "Past Employees" grouping in Schoox, and removed from any courses. Furthermore, they will not be able to access your academy, since they must enter Schoox through HotSchedules.
Removing employees or customers from your Schoox Academy is easy.
- Select Admin from the navigation bar when you are in your corporate academy.
- Select Members from the left-side menu, and then Manage Members.
- Check the boxes next to the users (e.g. employee or external members) you want to delete, and then click Deactivate.
All deactivated individuals will stay in your academy, along with all their historical data.
To reactivate them, click the Past Employees tab, check the box next to the desired individual's name, and click the Reactivate button.
