Managers may need to delete items from orders that they have already saved in Macromatix.
Note: You cannot delete an invoiced or voided order.
Follow these steps to delete an order:
- Log into your Macromatix account.
- Select the Daily Tasks menu from the toolbar on the left side of the screen.
- Select Orders.
- On the Ordering page, please select the Details tab.
- Ensure that you have the correct store selected in the Store dropdown menu at the top of the page.
- Search for the order you would like to change under Search Required Order.
- You can search by order number, supplier, or order status. Select the Search button to generate results.
- Select the order you would like to edit from the Order drop down menu.
- The Order Detail will populate, and you can modify the line items.
- Select Delete for any line item that you would like to remove from this order.
