If you're a Recruit admin for your company, you will have the same access as all other Recruit admins. At this time, there is no way to limit what messages, jobs, and candidates certain admins will have access to when they toggle to Recruit .
HotSchedules users, an admin is defined as any user who has the permission to edit staff profiles within HotSchedules. They will have the admin privileges when they toggle to Recruit . This permission is usually included in the Manager, GM, or Admin Permission Sets.
If you have the Edit Employee Profile permission you will be able to toggle to Recruit directly from HotSchedules.
