When you log into HotSchedules, the tabs across the top of the screen are your primary navigation tools. Managers have additional tabs that employees cannot see from their accounts. They also have additional features on the tabs that they do share with employees.
The features that you have access to on HotSchedules are determined by the permission set you are assigned.
If you log into the site and see that you are missing some features, your permission set could be incorrect. For example, a manager who is assigned the employee permission set probably will not have the Schedules or Reporting tabs.
Check with your supervisor or another manager/administrator at your location to have them adjust your permission set. See this article if you need further instructions on how to adjust a user's permission set.
If you are assigned the corresponding job code, the HotSchedules Customer Care team can also change your permission sets to match. For example, if you have the manager job code, we can assign you the manager permission set.
