ToDos allow managers to assign important messages or duties to other users with access to the Logbook tab, where you can track the progress on these items.
It is also possible to setup a recurring ToDo for something that occurs on a regular schedule.

Recurring Logbook ToDos
Select the + Add ToDo button to create a new ToDo.
The Create ToDo window will appear, and you can configure the details of your ToDo. Edit the subject, assignee, due date/time, and other details as needed.
Select the Add Recurring option.
On the next window, you will specify how often the ToDo should repeat - daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. Configure the options to determine how often is should be assigned and when it should end.
Click the Save button when you are done.
