- To recover your username or reset your password, you must have an email address linked to your account and be able to access its inbox. Please see: HS: Adding Email Addresses to Accounts
- Check your spam for the password reset links
- Check you are not using the wrong username (especially if you have two)
Remember you have unique usernames for each store or job you work at.
Retrieving your Username |

I have gone in to cha ge my password 3 times and every time I put in new password it says it's wrong or if I say I for I forgot password and put my login name it says user not found

I'm trying to get my password it says my username is stupido I put it in but then it says password is wrong or username is wrong and this is the second time it's done this I've already put the username and password in and I used it it worked but now it is saying that even the username or password is wrong and I can't figure it out cuz I use the same password for everything so I don't forget it so I don't know what's going on with you site

Hi, I'm trying to reset my password and it's not working, I am new to this website. i was doing paperwork and created a password and went to log in it said the wrong password. what do i do?
