Users can change their login information (username and password) at any point by logging into HotSchedules.
Follow these steps to change your username:
- Select the Settings tab and you will be directed to your Personal Settings.
- Select Edit for the Login Details section.
- To change your username, you will type the new username in the appropriate field, and you will also need to type your current password.
- Save Changes.
You may receive an error stating that the new username you selected already exists. Every HotSchedules account must have a unique username. So, if you have selected a username that is already attached to another account, it will not save your change. This is even true if you have used HotSchedules for another company. You will not be able to have the same username for two separate accounts.
