If you ever log out of the HotSchedules mobile application or have to download it again, you may be asked to log in again. The username of the most recent account that you logged into will be automatically populated, but you will have to re-enter your password since the app will not save it.
If you do not remember your password, you have a few different options for retrieving it:
If you previously set up your account, your password will be the one that you created during the setup process.
- If you added an email address to your HotSchedules account (and that email is still attached to your account), we will be able to email your login information.
- Click here to visit an article that will show you how to retrieve your log in information with an email address.
- If you set up your account with security questions, you are welcome to contact Customer Care. We will verify your answers to these questions to send you a reset password link.
- If you don't recall setting up your account, your login information may still be the temporary credentials that your manager provided you with on your HotSchedules Welcome Sheet.
If you do not recall setting any of these things up, you can contact your manager to have your password reset and another Welcome Sheet printed. Once you have that information, we do recommend that you complete the full setup process by logging into you account on a web browser or calling Customer Care.
