How cache & cookies work:

Cookies are files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data.

The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.
First, figure out which browser you are using.
Google Chrome
- Click into your browser window and then hold down the CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE buttons on your keyboard. This will open the Settings tab and display the Clear browsing data window.
- If that keystroke does not open this window, please select the menu button is the upper right hand corner of the browser window (looks like three horizontal lines). Select History from this menu. This will open a new tab. Select the Clear browsing data button on this page.
- On the Clear browsing data window, make sure that you check the Cookies and other plug-in data and Cached images and files options.
- Ensure the time frame drop down menu is set to the beginning of time.
- Select the Clear browsing data button at the bottom of this window.
- Once it completes, please close all Google Chrome windows. Reopen it, and attempt to login again.
Safari
Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac or Apple Device

In the Safari app on your device, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.

Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.
Microsoft Edge
Here's how to clear your browsing data in Microsoft Edge:
- Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy and services .
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
- Choose the types of data you want to clear. For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form-fill data.
- Select Clear now.
Internet Explorer
- Click into your browser window and then hold down the CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE buttons on your keyboard. This should open the Delete Browsing History window
- If that keystroke does not open this window, please select the Tools menu in your browser and select Internet Options. Select the Delete button under the Browsing History option of the General tab. This should open the Delete Browsing History window.
- On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure that you check the Temporary Internet files and website files and the Cookies and website data options.
- Select the Delete button at the bottom of the window.
- Close all Internet Explorer windows. Reopen it, and attempt to login again.
Firefox
- Click into your browser window and then hold down the CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE buttons on your keyboard. This will open the Clear All History window.
- If that keystroke does not open this window, please select the menu button is the upper right hand corner of the browser window (looks like three horizontal lines). Select History from this menu. Then, select Clear recent history. This should open the Clear All History window.
- Be sure to select the Cookies and Cache options from this box. Also, make sure that the time frame drop down menu is set to Everything.
- Select the Clear Now button at the bottom of this window.
- Once it completes, please close all Firefox windows. Reopen it, and attempt to login again.
