Note: This article is intended for clients using the integrated version of HotSchedules. This will only apply to clients using HSConnect as their method of integration.
Follow these steps if sales and labor information are not appearing in HotSchedules:
Check to see how long you have been missing data.
- This can be done by logging into your HotSchedules account and checking the Labor Proforma reports to verify the last day sales/labor information has updated.
If Sales/Labor is missing for only yesterday's date:
- Run a Sales and/or Labor sync from the HSConnect Console located in the lower right hand corner system tray. See this article to learn how to run manual syncs.
- The icon will turn orange while processing and then will revert back to gray once it completes.
- After the sync finishes, log out and back into your HotSchedules account, check the Proforma Report to verify that the information has updated.
If Sales/Labor are missing for more than one day
- Run an HSConnect Restart.
- Run a Sales and or Labor sync from the HSConnect Console in the lower right hand corner system tray.
- The icon will turn orange while processing and then will revert back to gray once it completes.
- After the sync finishes, log out and back into your HotSchedules account, check the Proforma Report to verify that the information has updated.
If Sales or Labor data do not populate into HotSchedules after the above steps are made, please contact Customer Care.
