Fair Work Week New York- Regular Schedule
What's Changing?
We are adding a new feature called "Regular Schedule" that supports NYC Fair Work requirements. This feature will require Fast Food employees to be provided with specific days and times they will be expected to work.
Reason for the Change
New York City Fast Food Ordinance moved from a Good Faith Estimate (which previously was handled by availability) to a Regular Schedule. This update will help Fast Food customers in NYC remain in compliance with regulations but also allow for quicker scheduling by applying the Regular Schedule each week.

Fair Work Week New York City- Consent
What's Changing?
We are adding the ability to electronically capture employees consent on both the web and mobile applications for specific scheduling actions.
Reason for the Change
New York City Fast Food Ordinance requires the employees' consent to when there are changes to their work schedule, prior to the changes being posted or finalized. Consent is required when their work schedule varies from their regular schedule by more than 15% or when being scheduled with less than 11 hours of rest from the previous day's shift.

Fair Work Week Chicago- Pay Rate Exclusions
What's Changing?
We are adding configurable options to exclude employees from Predictability Pay if their hourly or annual salary rate exceed $29.35 or $56,381.85.
Reason for the Change
Chicago's Fair Work Week Ordinance does not require Predictability Pay for schedule edits or work variances for employees earning more than the thresholds defined above.

All customers that fall under the Chicago Fast Food Ordinance.
