Keeping track of your active and inactive is easy using employee filters. Employee filters on the staff list will only show active and inactive employees. Once an employee has been terminated they will no longer show on Hotschedules. You can learn more about changing the status for your employees here.
Follow the steps to view your inactive employees:
- Log into Hotschedules and go to the Staff tab. There will be two options listed in the left column.
- View Active Employees will show all of the active employees at your location.
- View Inactive Employees will display all of your employees that have been given the status of inactive.
- To activate a filter, click on it from this menu.
