You are able to create templates from existing schedules.
To do this, navigate to the schedule’s week from which you want to create the template. Click the Tools icon at the top, and select Templates from the drop-down menu.
Click the associated schedule from the list, and click Create from Schedule.
Give the template a descriptive title, and a more thorough description.
Then, decide whether this template will have all current shifts assigned or not assigned in the template. Assigned template shifts will appear in the template just as they did in the original schedule, while Unassigned template shifts will be brought in as house shifts.
When finished, click Create. You can then use that new template to start future schedules.
