HotSchedules Current and Upcoming Betas
As we continue to up our game and improve the products and tools you’ve come to expect great things from, we’re constantly on the lookout for customers to test our latest features. With the HotSchedules Beta program, you can help us gain a better understanding of what works and what doesn’t in the service industry.
Here is a brief description of upcoming Betas you can participate in:
WebClock is getting a face lift. The cleaner, fresher, look allows managers more flexibility and gives them more relevant information to make important staff decisions. Employees will also be given additional information, such as letting them know exactly when to return from break and how many hours they have worked for the week. The new responsive, progressive framework will facilitate much requested enhancements in the near future like the employee hours report, enhanced manager capabilities, offline support, and geolocation/geofencing support.
Wouldn’t it be helpful to get feedback from your staff after each shift? If you could get this information in an easy way to help identify items or areas for improvement, you could get in front of issues before they impact your business in a negative way. This information could also identify areas of strength that you may not be aware of.
With Mobile Shift Ratings, staff will receive a notification 30 minutes after their shift was scheduled to end, prompting them to rate that shift. We are testing out the two options; 1 of 5 different emoji characters, or a thumbs up/thumbs down to record overall sentiment of that shift. Additionally, staff will be prompted to select a reason for that rating. The options are Guests, Kitchen, Manager, Teammates, and Personal. After submitting the ratings, a final page will display that shows the overall team ratings for that shift.
