Identity Management, or IDM, allows you to sign in to multiple HotSchedules modules with one username and password. With IDM, you'll have one place to go, and one username and password to access all things HotSchedules.
To get started, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account. If you already have another HotSchedules-related account, this process is simply to update it to the new functionality and features.
Select Create Your Global Profile.
Please Note: You will need a valid email address.
The Signup Wizard
This will take you into the Signup Wizard, which will guide you through the steps required for registration.
The first step in the process is to enter your first and last name, plus your phone number, in the appropriate fields. When finished, select Next.
The second step in the process is to create and confirm a password. All passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain one special character, one capital letter, and include a number. Once you focus on the first password field, you will be given a Helpful Tips tool tip informing them of these requirements. Select Next when finished.
Before you are taken to the final step of the process, you will be required to re-log in with your new credentials.
The final step allows you to choose to use your initials or upload a profile image from your computer.
Click Next when finished, and a confirmation will appear. Select View Profile to proceed into your new profile.
