ASC - Overtime Notifications
The 220.127.116.11 Release (08.03.2017) introduced the ability to configure when notifications are sent to the stores in your company. On Monday, August 21, 2017, Overtime notifications will be added to the list of configurable notifications for all WebClock users. The default setting will be to have notifications sent 15 minutes prior to a violation to all managers who have the preference enabled for their personal accounts, but that number can be edited by creating a new set or by editing an existing one.
It should be noted that overtime alerts will be sent on a recurring basis. This means that if you have the alert set to be sent 20 minutes before the violation occurs, alerts will also be sent every 20 minutes after the violation until the employee clocks out.
ASC - Exporting Multiple Time Cards
Time card data can take quite a bit of time to load. Exporting the data of multiple stores can take even more time, so now when you attempt to export the data of 15 or more stores, you will be prompted with a friendly reminder that it could take some time to generate.
From the Recipients field, the information can be sent to other Above Store Console users from your company, or you can enter a valid email address. The Subject and Message fields will be automatically populated with the text shown above, but can be customized. All fields are required before you can proceed.
