Red Book Keep allows you to easily digitally collect and store entries from your Manager’s Red Book, as well as communicate directly with your management team.
Your head office has set up specific tasks for you to complete each day. To capture a task’s information, tap the task within the list. The camera on your mobile device will automatically open. Simply center the page on the screen, and tap the shutter button to take its picture. You will then be able to view a preview of the picture, and choose to either try again, or upload the photo.
To add a comment to the entry, then, tap Add Comment on the screen that appears. Type in your comment, and then tap the send arrow. Add more comments, if needed. When finished, tap Done.
You are able to replace photos previously taken within the current work day. To do so, tap the three-dot action menu in any completed task, and then Retake Photo. You are not allowed to retake photos from past days’ tasks, only photos relating to the current day’s tasks.
If you are not able to take a photo of your book, you can also log that inability. For any incomplete task, tap the three-dot action menu, and then Cannot Capture Page. Next, select the reason, and tap Flag Page.
A comment concerning the inability to capture the page will automatically be added to the task. However, you are then able to add an additional comment, if needed.
Searching for Entries
To search for a specific entry, tap the magnifying glass at the top. Use the drop-down menus and check boxes to narrow your search, and tap Search. In the list that appears, tap the desired task to view it.
Red Book Keep allows you to easily provide feedback to your above store management team.
Tap the “hamburger” action menu icon on the left to open the side bar. Tap MRB Content Feedback. Select an appropriate option from the drop-down menu, type in your feedback, and tap Submit Feedback.
