Red Book Keep is an app on your smart phone that allows you to easily digitally collect and store entries from your Red Book, as well as communicate directly with your management team.
Before you can use the app, however, there are a few things you need to do.
Setting Up Your HotSchedules Account
Step 1. Accept Your Email Invitation
Your front office will invite you to create a HotSchedules account (HotSchedules is the parent company of Manager’s Red Book). You will receive an email from HotSchedules Support.
Simply click the link in that email to take you to the registration page.
Step 2. Create an Account
This will take you into the Signup Wizard, which will guide you through the steps required for registration.
The first step in the process is to enter your first and last name, plus your phone number, in the appropriate fields. When finished, select Next.
The second step in the process is to create and confirm a password. All passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain one special character, one capital letter, and include a number. Once you focus on the first password field, you will be given a Helpful Tips tool tip informing them of these requirements. Select Next when finished.
Before you are taken to the final step of the process, you will be required to re-log in with your new credentials.
The final step allows you to choose to use your initials or upload a profile image from your computer.
Click Next when finished, and a confirmation will appear. Select View Profile to proceed into your new profile.
Be sure to record your username and password. You’ll need them in the next step!
Downloading, Launching, and Logging in to Red Book Keep
Step 1. Setting Up your Google Play or Apple Account
You will need a Google or Apple account, depending on the smart phone you use.

If you haven’t already, you will most likely need to add a credit card or other payment method to your account. This is normal, and millions before you have safely done this. Confirmations always appear before anything is charged to any payment method.
Step 2. Download the App to Your Phone
On your smart phone, open either the App Store app (iPhone), or the Google Play app (Android).
Search for Red Book Keep in the app’s search field. Red Book Keep should be the first app on the list that appears. Download Red Book Keep by tapping it on Android or by tapping Get on iPhone.
Step 3. Logging In to the App
A. Accept the terms, and the app will start to download. When downloading is complete, simply launch, or open, the app.
B. When the app opens, type in your username and password into their respective fields, and tap Log In.
