Red Book Keep allows you to easily digitally collect and store entries from your Manager’s Red Book, as well as communicate directly with your management team.
It’s very easy to view the status of any task at any of your locations. Simply scroll through the list, and tap the desired location to view its tasks. Then, tap the task to view its information. Tasks with comments will appear with an orange dialogue icon.
Replying to Comments
To reply to a comment, tap the Comment button. Type in your reply, and tap the Send arrow.
Your staff are able to provide feedback on the various tasks within their stores. To view feedback, tap the “hamburger” icon in the upper-left corner. Then, tap MRB Content Feedback. From the list that appears, tap a task to view its feedback.
After reading, you are able to archive it. When finished with the feedback, you can then delete it permanently.
Searching for Entries
To search for a specific entry, tap the magnifying glass at the top. Use the drop-down menus and check boxes to narrow your search, and tap Search. In the list that appears, tap the desired location and task. You are able to search throughout all stores while on the home page. While within a specific store, your search only pertains to that store.
Logging in from a Desktop or Laptop
You are able to log in to your Keep account, if you'd rather not use your smart phone or tablet.
To do this, type https://tools.bodhi.space/mrb into the address bar of any browser. Then log in, and proceed as you would on your app.
