You can change the time that team members must have their requests or time off inquiries in before each new schedule is posted.
In the Settings tab, navigate to the Company Settings area.
To adjust the request cutoff time, click Edit in the Request Information section.
In the left-hand column, under Change Request Setup, choose the cutoff type, and set the parameters. Save when finished.
