Permissions determine what a user can and cannot do and see in HotSchedules at the store level and in the Above Store Console. In the Above Store Console, you are easily able to adjust what permissions your ASC staff have.
In the Above Store Console, hover over Configure, and then select Users.
To adjust a user’s permissions, click their name in the staff list.
Click the ASC Permissions tab.
In the ASC Permissions tab, select any ASC-related permissions this user needs.
Under the HotSchedules Permissions tab, select the appropriate group from the drop-down menu.
Then, choose the needed permission set this user needs within that group’s stores.
Save when finished.
